Plato

(c. 428–348 BCE) was an ancient Greek philosopher and student of Socrates. He founded the Academy in Athens, one of the earliest institutions of higher learning. Plato’s works, including "The Republic," explore justice, knowledge, and governance. His dialogues remain central to Western philosophy. Plato’s influence continues to shape intellectual thought and education.
